When did the products expire?

In the container, you will see the PAO symbol of your product with a graph in the form of an open cosmetic pot in which a number of months are printed.

The date begins to count once the product is open.

Can I use Naturalisvitae with atopic skin or allergies?

Naturalisvitae products have been formulated with natural and soft ingredients with the skin. And they are very good for atopic skin, many people get very good results when formulated with botanical ingredients that considerably improve atopic skin.

On the other hand, if you have allergies, we recommend that you consult the INCI of each product, which you will find in the ingredient section, to check the ingredients they contain. However, most of the time, these allergies are food and not skin, so in case of doubt, we advise you to consult your specialist.

I have sensitive skin, can I use Naturalisvitae products?

Naturalisvitae products have botanical ingredients with anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, repair and hydrating activity combined in a complex and safe process. But, each skin reacts in a way and sensitive skin is always more delicate, so we recommend each test in a small skin area with each product separately, before using it.  

Are Naturalisvitae products adapted to all skin types?

Are Naturalisvitae products adapted to men?

 Of course! Naturalisvitae products are based on the needs of each skin, they are practical, they have fresh textures and a unisex natural aroma, so there is no drawback in which a man applies one of our products. We recommend products due to the needs of skin and hair and not by sex.

Do your cosmetics have perfume?

 After having carefully balanced the best ingredients available, we have nothing to add to hide their natural aromas. We do not use synthetic or natural perfumes in order to reduce allergies and skin awareness.

How does shipment work and what if I am absent at home on delivery day?

A first payment will be made in the direction of the shipment indicated and if at the time of delivery, the messenger will try to leave a warning note in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, because sometimes the messenger cannot access the portal or the housing enclosure. After this first attempted delivery, the delegation which distributes your area will try to contact you to agree on a second episode. If in the second episode, you will also be absent, the order will remain in the delegation of your region so that you can recover it in the agency. What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

  We recommend that you consult the address indicated when you place your orders to make sure that the data is correct and complete, because it is not possible to modify the address once the shipment has already been made without generating additional shipping cost. If you detect incorrect data, contact us as soon as possible at contact@naturalisvitae.com. This management can also increase the delay in delivery between 24 and 48 hours more. Don’t forget to check all the fields!

What are the deadlines for national expeditions?

 We understand that as a customer, you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, we therefore work to deliver your order as soon as possible and with deliveries of 24 /48 hours working in the peninsula. Despite this, the periods of launching, promotions or campaign of Black Friday and Cyber Monday are excluded within which these deadlines are not guaranteed. To find out what time your order is issued, pay attention to the entrance tray of your email. We will send you an shipping confirmation of your order and you will also receive an SMS from the logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date. If you place the order on the working day before 4 p.m., you could receive it the following working day, otherwise, the deadline is increased one more day. On weekends or holidays, shipments are managed the next working day.

How to use my reduction coupon?

 If you have a reduction coupon, you must enter it before completing your purchase. You can do it in the cart or in the box before finishing the purchase. The amount will be automatically updated from the total order.   Remember that coupons and discounts do not apply to shipping costs and are not cumulative.

Can I use more than one coupon at the same time?

 Coupons and discounts are not cumulative. You can use a single reduction coupon per order and, in some cases, promotions can only be exchanged once per person. The offers cannot be used with other promotional codes. All coupons, discounts or promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. Promotions cannot be exchanged for money. Naturalisvitae reserves the right to change or terminate offers and promotion codes at any time.

Can I use a coupon during a promotion?
 If there is a discount applied directly to the prices of the products of our website, it will not be possible to introduce coupons because coupons, promotions and / or discounts are not cumulative. All coupons, discounts or promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. Promotions cannot be exchanged for money. 
What happens if the Copon does not work?
