Delivery Times for National Shipments

We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, that is why we work to deliver your order as soon as possible and with 24/48h working days in Peninsula. Even so, we exclude periods of launches, promotions or campaigns of Black Friday and Cyber Monday in which these periods are not guaranteed.

In order to know when your order will be sent, please check your email inbox. We will send you an order confirmation and you will also receive an SMS from the logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date. If you place your order on a working day before 1pm, you may receive it on the following working day, otherwise, the deadline will be extended by one more day. At weekends or on public holidays, shipments are managed on the next working day.

When will I receive my order?

How does delivery work and what do I do if I am absent from my home on the day of delivery?

A first delivery will be made to the indicated delivery address and if you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will try to leave a note of warning in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, as sometimes the courier cannot access the portal or the housing estate. After this first delivery attempt, the delegation that distributes your area will try to contact you to agree on a second delivery. If in the second delivery you were also absent the order will remain in the delegation of your zone so that you can happen to gather it in the agency. All about returns during COVID-19!

During the emergency status or its possible extensions, returns of products are interrupted. The terms will resume when Spanish Royal Decree 463/2020 of 14 March, by which the Emergency Status and its extensions were declared, expires. Therefore, you can return your order within 30 calendar days from the day the emergency status ends.

9.1 Legal right to withdraw from the purchase.

As a consumer and user, you have the right to return the items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt and notify us by email at

If the quality control department confirms the non-conformity or defects of the returned product, we will contact you to confirm that the refund is handled.
