PROCESS OF PURCHASING
Website users can discover the various products offered by NV Shop at www.naturalisvitae.com. Website users are free to consult the various pages of the website, with no obligation to buy. NV Shop will only take into account orders with billing and delivery addresses in Spain and Schengen countries (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
If a user of the website wishes to place an order, he/she must choose the products that interest him/her and confirm this interest by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. Each additional item added to the cart will be shown by the appearance of a specific screen.
At any time, website users can: obtain a summary of the products they have selected or modify their order by clicking on the “My Cart” button on the top right of each page, continue to select products by clicking on “continue shopping” finish their product selection and place an order by clicking on “add to cart”.
To order the selected products, website users must click on the “My Cart” icon. The order will be displayed on the screen. If the list presented corresponds to the products they have chosen, website users must validate their selection by clicking on: “Buy now”. At this point, website users must identify themselves: either by entering their email address and password, if they are a registered member of the website, or by correctly filling in the form provided, which contains the information necessary to identify them, including the website user’s surname, first name and postal address.
Website users are informed and agree that entering a user name constitutes proof of their identity and proves their consent.
Once website users have identified themselves, an order form appears on the screen summarising: the type, quantities and prices of the products selected by the website user, the costs of delivery, the total order, the website user’s details and the address for delivery of the products.

DELIVERY TIMES FOR DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, that is why we work to deliver your order as soon as possible and with 24/48h working days in Peninsula. However, we exclude periods of launches, promotions or campaigns of Black Friday and Cyber Monday in which these deadlines are not guaranteed.
In order to know when your order will be shipped, please check your email inbox. We will send you an order confirmation and you will also receive an SMS from the logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date. If you place your order on a working day before 4pm, you may receive it on the following working day, otherwise, the deadline will be extended by one more day. On weekends or on public holidays, shipments are managed on the next working day.

When will I receive my order?
* Orders placed before 4pm are usually shipped the same day.
*Weekend orders are processed and shipped on Monday.
– GLS 24h Service: GLS offers delivery from Monday to Friday. In general, deliveries are made in less than 24 hours (Peninsula) from the time the package leaves our facilities. However, standard delivery times are not guaranteed. Packages are transported by road and can cause delays if there are traffic jams. In NATURALISVITAE we are not responsible for possible delays by the carrier.
HOW DOES THE DELIVERY WORK AND WHAT TO DO IF I AM ABSENT AT HOME ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY?
A first delivery will be made to the indicated delivery address and if you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will try to leave a note in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, as sometimes the courier cannot access the portal or the housing estate. After this first delivery attempt, the delegation that distributes your area will try to contact you to agree on a second delivery. If in the second delivery you will be also absent the order will remain in the delegation of your zone so that you can happen to gather it in the agency. If for any reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange the delivery, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can provide you with the contact information or help you in whatever way is necessary.
WHAT IF MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?
We recommend that you check the address given when placing your order to ensure that the data is correct and complete, as it is not possible to change the address once the shipment has been made without generating an additional shipping cost. If you detect any incorrect data, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Also this management can increase the delay in the delivery between 24 and 48 hours more. Don’t forget to check all the fields!

CAN I PLACE A GIFT ORDER?
Of course you can. Many people give NATURALISVITAE as a gift. If you are going to place an order as a gift, indicate it in the space for notes, and you can add a personalized message.
However, we do not yet provide gift wrapping. And don’t worry, we never include an invoice.
Payment is made in the last step of the purchase process, after entering all the card details and clicking on FINISH THE ORDER.
Payment options Payment for your order can be made with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. If you select card payment, you can enter all your card details in the Redsys or Stripe secure payment section.
To buy with PayPal, select this payment method and click on FINISH ORDER. You will then be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with the payment.
If our security department suspects any anomaly or fraud, NATURALISVITAE reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.

HOW DOES THE WELCOME PACKET WORK?
In order to benefit from the discount on your first purchase, you must subscribe to our Newsletter.
When you have entered your e-mail address you will receive an e-mail from NATURALISVITAE confirming your subscription and welcoming you with the coupon so that you can enter it in the spaces provided before finishing your purchase.
The coupon is applicable to all products in the store and to the total amount of your order. We remind you that there is no cost to subscribe.
IS THE WELCOME COUPON APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY?
Once you subscribe to our newsletter you will receive the welcome discount coupon by email. You can copy the coupon that you have received and insert it during your purchase in the cart or in the checkout before finishing the order. Once you have entered the coupon: You can finish your order!
THE WELCOME COUPON DOES NOT WORK FOR ME.
When you enter the coupon in the space provided during your purchase be sure to write the letters and / or symbols that make up the coupon, in some cases a simple misunderstanding may be the cause. Make sure you also check that the conditions are met for the coupon to be valid.

HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT COUPON?
If you have a discount coupon you must enter it before finishing your purchase. You can do it in the shopping cart or at the checkout before finishing the purchase. The amount will be automatically deducted from the total of the order.
Remember that coupons and discounts do not apply to shipping costs and are not cumulative.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON AT A TIME?
Coupons and discounts are not cumulative. You can use only one coupon per order and, in some cases, promotions can only be redeemed once per person. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes. All coupons, discounts or promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used after they expire. Promotions cannot be redeemed for cash. NATURALISVITAE reserves the right to change or discontinue offers and promotion codes at any time.
COUPON DOES NOT WORK
It is possible that in some cases there may be conditions where a coupon will not work when you try to apply it. For example, the coupon has expired, the minimum order requested has not been reached, etc.
