RETURN POLICY

Everything you need to know about returns during COVID-19! During the state of emergency or any extension thereof, return periods for products purchased, regardless of the method used, on the NV online store are suspended. Return periods will resume upon the expiration of Royal Decree 463/2020 of March 14, declaring the state of emergency, or any extension thereof. You can therefore return your order within 30 calendar days following the end of the state of emergency.

LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer and user, you have the right to return items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt and to notify us by email at contact@nv.local. indicating the details of your order and a photo of the item you wish to return, or by attaching the completed form available here; our NV team will explain the procedure to you. The products to be returned must be in the same condition as upon receipt: unopened and in their original packaging and box. Please note! If it is a package, it cannot be divided; it must therefore be returned in its entirety. In this case, the shipping costs related to the return will be at your expense. Upon receipt of the returned products, we will verify that everything is correct and contact you to confirm the processing of the refund. In this case, we will refund you, within a maximum of 14 calendar days, the amount paid for the returned product(s) (excluding initial shipping costs, if applicable). The refund will be made via the same payment method chosen when ordering. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence; Products not purchased on the website; Used products whose packaging has been opened and/or altered.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In this case, we will handle the entire process very easily and free of charge. Send an email to contact@nv.local with your order details and a photo of what you received so we can resolve the issue quickly. Upon receipt of the returned products, we will examine them as part of a quality control. If the quality control confirms a non-conformity or defect in the returned product, we will contact you to confirm the processing of the refund. In this case, we will reimburse you for all costs incurred within a maximum of 14 calendar days, including: the amount paid for the returned product(s) and, if applicable, the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs. The refund will be made via the same payment method chosen when ordering. If no non-conformity or manufacturing defect is detected after the quality control, we will refund you the price of the product. In this case, the initial shipping costs and any return costs will be borne by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER ANNOUNCEMENT

I JUST MADE A PURCHASE, BUT I WANT TO CANCEL IT. WHAT CAN I DO?

Are you sure? We want your order to be processed, but if for any reason you wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet left our offices, we will cancel it and refund the full purchase price without any problem. If your order is already being shipped, we will have to wait for it to arrive. In this case, we will accept the return of the products provided they are unopened and unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Please also return any gifts you have received. Upon receipt, we will refund the amount less the shipping and return costs.
