PURCHASING PROCESS
Website users can discover the various products offered by NV Shop at www.naturalisvitae.com. They can freely browse the different pages of the site, without obligation to purchase. NV Shop only accepts orders with a billing and delivery address located in Spain and the Schengen countries (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). To place an order, they must select the products they are interested in and confirm their purchase by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Each item added to the cart will be displayed on a dedicated screen. At any time, website users can: view the summary of the selected products or modify their order by clicking the “My Cart” button located at the top right of each page; continue their product selection by clicking “Continue Shopping”; finalize their product selection and place an order by clicking “Add to Cart.” To order the selected products, website users must click the “My Cart” icon. The order will be displayed on the screen. If the list presented corresponds to the chosen products, the website user must confirm their selection by clicking on “Buy now”. They must then identify themselves: either by entering their email address and password if they are registered on the site, or by correctly completing the form provided for this purpose, which contains the information necessary for their identification, including their first name, last name, and postal address. The user is informed and accepts that entering an identifier constitutes proof of their identity and expresses their consent. Once the user has been identified, an order form appears on the screen, summarizing the following elements: the type, quantities, and prices of the selected products, delivery costs, the total amount of the order, the user’s contact details, and the delivery address. To definitively confirm their order, the user must check the box “I accept the general terms and conditions of purchase, the terms of use, and the privacy policy” before being able to choose the delivery and payment method. NATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES
We understand that as a customer, you expect to receive your order as quickly as possible. That’s why we make every effort to deliver it as quickly as possible, with deliveries within 24/48 business hours in mainland Spain. However, launch periods, promotions, as well as Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaigns, are excluded, as these delivery times are not guaranteed. To find out the shipping date of your order, check your inbox regularly. We will send you a shipping confirmation and you will also receive an SMS from the logistics company with the estimated delivery date. If you place your order on a business day before 4:00 p.m., you may receive it the following business day. Otherwise, the delivery time is extended by one day. On weekends and holidays, shipments are processed the following business day.

Deliveries are generally made within 24 hours (mainland) from the time the package leaves our facilities. However, standard delivery times are not guaranteed. Packages are transported by road and may be delayed due to traffic jams. NATURALISVITAE declines all responsibility for delays caused by the carrier.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK AND WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY?
An initial delivery will be made to the specified delivery address. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card.
Notice in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a delivery notice, as the courier may not be able to access the entrance or residential complex. After this first delivery attempt, the branch in your area will attempt to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If you are also absent during this second delivery, the order will remain at the branch in your area for you to collect. If, for some reason, they are unable to contact you to arrange delivery, you can write to us at contact@nv.local so we can provide you with our contact information or assist you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?
We recommend that you double-check the address provided when placing your order to ensure it is correct and complete, as it cannot be changed after delivery without additional shipping costs. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nv.local. This procedure may also extend the delivery time by 24 to 48 hours. Remember to double-check all fields! CAN I ORDER AS A GIFT?
Of course. Many people give NATURALISVITAE as gifts. If you’re ordering as a gift, please let us know in the “Notes” section and you can add a personalized message. However, we don’t yet provide gift wrapping. And don’t worry, we never include an invoice.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment is made at the last step of the checkout process, after entering your card details and clicking “Validate.” Payment options: You can pay for your order by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. If you choose to pay by card, you can enter your card details in the secure payment section (Redsys or Stripe). To purchase with PayPal, select this payment method and click “Validate.” You will then be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with payment. If our security department suspects an anomaly or fraud, NATURALISVITAE reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.
PROMOTIONS, OFFERS AND DISCOUNT CODES
HOW DOES THE WELCOME COUPON WORK?
To receive the discount on your first purchase, you must subscribe to our newsletter. After entering your email address, you will receive an email from NATURALISVITAE confirming your subscription and welcoming you with the coupon, which you can enter in the provided fields before finalizing your purchase. This coupon applies to all products in the store and the total amount of your order. We remind you that the subscription is free.
IS THE WELCOME COUPON APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY?
Once you’ve subscribed to our newsletter, you’ll receive a welcome discount coupon by email. You can copy the coupon you received and enter it at checkout, in your shopping cart, or at checkout before finalizing your order. Once you’ve entered the coupon, you’re ready to complete your order!
MY WELCOME COUPON DOESN’T WORK.
When entering the coupon in the space provided during checkout, make sure you have correctly spelled the letters and/or symbols that make up the coupon; in some cases, a simple oversight may be the cause. Also check that the coupon’s validity conditions are met. If the coupon still does not work, contact us at contact@nv.local.
HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT COUPON?
If you have a discount coupon, you must enter it before completing your purchase. You can do this in the shopping cart or at checkout. The amount will be automatically deducted from the order total. Please note that coupons and discounts do not apply to shipping costs and cannot be combined.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE COUPONS AT ONCE?
Coupons and discounts cannot be combined. You can only use one discount coupon per order, and in some cases, promotions are only valid once per person. Offers cannot be combined with other promotional codes. All coupons, discounts, or promotional codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be used after they expire. Promotions cannot be combined. Can be redeemed for cash. NATURALISVITAE reserves the right to modify or terminate offers and promotional codes at any time.
UNUSABLE COUPON
Occasionally, a coupon may not work when redeemed. For example, the coupon has expired, the minimum order amount has not been reached, etc. For any questions regarding the use of a coupon, please write to us at contact@nv.local and we will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
CAN I USE A COUPON DURING A PROMOTION?
If a discount is applied directly to the price of products on our website, it will not be possible to enter a discount voucher, as coupons, promotions, and/or discounts cannot be combined. All coupons, discounts, or promotional codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be used after they expire. Promotions are not redeemable for cash.
